Challenging Times

On Sunday the 27th of April the TATA Consultancy Services London Marathon gets underway. Starting at Greenwich/Blackheath the 26.2 mile route is fairly flat and fast. It weaves its way around London and finally finishes on The Mall.

This year Bloxwich is supporting runner Ramsay Evans. A friend of 31 year old Bloxwich company director Matt Hadden who has suffered from cancer this year. All proceeds are going to Cancer Research UK.

Ramsay decided to run after seeing Matthew go through his most challenging year. Matthew has undergone numerous chemotherapy sessions and is now much improved with the support of the NHS & Cancer Research UK.

Training is going well & if that continues Ramsay will be in London with the other 50 000+ runners soon.
