Bloxwich Stamping has been manufacturing, in house, a range of its own plastic products; In 2016 an investment program, with machinery supplied from Boy UK Ltd provided a new range of in-house mouldings from new machines and tooling.
We have replaced our older machines with new, faster and lower energy ones which also increase our overall capacity.
Bloxwich Stamping installed a new BOY 60E machine, in September 2016, targeting development projects, in house and trade plastic injection moulding.
The new BOY 60E machine also meant that moulding tools were returned from Bloxwich South Africa’s manufacturing plant to serve European markets.
Meanwhile a number of replacement tools are being commissioned to ensure that the customer has the very best of quality with our supplied products.
The new equipment also incorporates a small robotic system to improve efficiency.
We have our own transport and can ship worldwide though our networks.
